The Royal Grammar School Guildford (RGSG), in partnership with the Sama Educational Company, is opening a new school in Muscat in September 2023. RGSG Muscat will bring centuries of heritage and academic excellence, while Sama will ensure we honour the cultural values and heritage of Oman. Our students will enjoy an outstanding British international education exemplified by exceptional pastoral care and a multitude of extracurricular activities. From September 2023, RGSG Muscat will be welcoming students from Foundation (age 3 years) up to grade 5 (ages 9/10+).

FOUNDING HEAD OF SCHOOL

Justin Durling

We are delighted to announce the appointment of the highly recognised international educator, Justin Durling, as our Founding Head. With years of experience as the Head at schools around the globe – including in Egypt, Malaysia, and Ecuador – he will provide an innovative approach to learning and teaching, for the local and international communities of Oman, enabling the development of every aspect of the character and talents of each individual student.
